Where are your Custom HandMade Products Built?

We build each order right here in Western Colorado and will ship out from our loading dock directly to your location once finished.

How Long is your Lead Time?

We do our best to have all smaller items pre-built & fabricated so we can ship them as soon as possible! However larger items may take a few weeks, all times will be noted on individual product pages. If you want to get a better idea of current build times, we advise you to please Contact Us before placing your order.

How do I Place an Order on your Website?

To place an order you can browse our Category Page to find an item of your liking. On the Product page click on the “Add to Cart” button. This will add your item to your Shopping Cart & allow you to Checkout when ready.

Do you offer Local Pickup?

Yes! If you are near Grand Junction, CO you are more than welcome to pick up your order at our warehouse. We do offer a discount for local pickups as it saves us on the cost of shipping the item(s). If you’re placing an order for a local pickup make sure to specify that during your ordering process.

What if I want to Place an Order for Multiple Items?

We make that easy! Each Product Page has an “Add to Cart” button.  Add each item you want, choose your Quantity, and Complete your Checkout.

How are the Orders Processed?

Once an order is placed on our site, if we have the pieces pre-fabricated or fully built they will ship very soon. Some larger items are built to order and you can view lead time estimates on their specific product page. Once ready we will have a Freight truck pick up your order and get it heading your way. You can expect an email from our team notifying you of the tracking number and carrier.

How Much Do I Pay for Shipping?

We work hard to give our customers the best value on their custom items. This is why we offer FREE SHIPPING on every order to the lower 48 states. Hawaii and Alaska customers will need to email us for a shipping quote.

How do you Ship your Products?

Every order receives its very own box and/or pallet/crate. Each is sized to the specs of the product we are shipping. We will use LTL freight for most large shipments, and Fed Ex or UPS for any ground shipments weighing under 150 lbs to your door. 

Do I need a Loading Dock to receive my Order?

For very large orders it makes unloading much easier if you have access to a dock, but is not a requirement. For crates that are close to 8 ft. long we can arrange for a truck to deliver with a lift gate to lower it down to ground level for you. For very large items (Crates over 8 ft. long, etc) that cannot be off-loaded with a lift gate for curb side delivery, further arrangements may need to be made.

How Heavy is this Stuff?

Somewhat heavy. We build products with the intention of them lasting decades from now! Commercial grade, Industrial Inspired design is what we strive for. Make sure you line up plenty of help for when your order arrives and is ready to be uncrated/unboxed and moved to its final destination. You may consider purchasing some cheap, but heavy-duty furniture dollies if you ordered a large piece that needs to be moved far.

What should I Plan for?

On most items, please be advised we ship most everything 100% assembled as it is a custom handmade piece, but in some rare cases disassembly may be needed for shipping purposes. Plan ahead and it’s never a bad idea to have your friends present to assist with the placement and leveling of your new items.

Can I Place a Completely Custom Order?

Unfortunately, we do not build one-off 100% custom items at this time. But it never hurts to ask, please use our Contact Page to reach out!

Do you Ship International?

No, sorry we only ship inside of the United States at this time.
