Thank you for your purchase. We work hard to provide a high quality product. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you must mention your return claim to us within 30 days of taking delivery.

If a product arrives at your location damaged from shipping, it is imperative that you make a claim to the freight company BEFORE they leave your delivery address! We will not be held liable for failure to make a damage claim when required.

The following applies to any and all cancellations:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all Cancellations


All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all packaging/crating fully intact to guarantee for safe transportation back to our warehouse.

Please Note

  • Customer is fully responsible for all return shipping charges
  • Item(s) must arrive undamaged to our location


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized pieces or special orders- specifically built to the customers specs or choices

Return Process

To start a return please email customer service at don’t forget to include your order details. Once a return is approved by customer service we will assist you in setting up a pickup day from the freight company. All returns will need to be shipped to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow us up to 14 days to process this once received. We will communicate with you to notify you of any events. Refunds may take some time before they appear on your statement, please be patient.
